Our View: McGinest is not ready to retire and wants to serve a 16th campaign in the NFL. He could find work with a team that employs a 3-4 defense, but would likely only see action as a reserve outside linebacker. |

Our View: He has been working on his stiff arm and other moves in a bid to raise his yards after the catch average. He hauled in 60 receptions for 899 yards and eight scores last season, and it sounds like he is dedicated to improving upon those totals in 2009. He is worth drafting as a No. 3 fantasy receiver with upside. |
