Our View:Langkow scored in three of his last five games, with three goals and an assist over the span. The 33-year-old vet seemingly still has plenty left in the tank.

Our View:Langkow notched his first multi-point game in over two months, so hopefully this gets him going. Despite playing on the same line as elite winger Michael Cammalleri, Langkow will record his fewest points since 1999, when he finished with 33.

Our View:He is day-to-day and will be re-evaluated when the swelling subsides. He has missed three straight games, and shall remain held out of fantasy lineups until further notice.

Center Daymond Langkow is absent from the Flames' lineup Thursday evening in Minnesota because of a bruised hand, according to the Calgary Herald. Head coach Mike Keenan stressed that Langkow's hand is not broken, merely bruised.

Our View:Langkow is a huge piece of Calgary's offense, in particular its power-play unit. Fantasy owners will be eager to get him back into the lineup. When we find out a timetable on his hand, we'll let you know.

Our View:Langkow has pointed in eight of his last nine games, and has 14 points over that stretch. He has been a critical element of Calgary's recent success.

Our View:Just three weeks ago Daymond was having an awful season. Now, thanks to a 7-game point streak of six goals and six assists, his totals are right back where you would expect them to be (15 goals, 20 assists in 41 games).
