September 22, 2009 According to the Twitter page of Newsday's Steve Zipay, the Rangers have re-assigned winger Pierre-Alexandre Parenteau. Parenteau will join the team's AHL affiliate in Hartford if he clears waivers. Our View:The team planned on Parenteau playing in Hartford this season, so this move shouldn't impact the Rangers on the ice. He will likely clear waivers and play in Hartford this season, and he doesn't figure to make much of an impact with the team this year. |
