November 10, 2009 Updating an earlier report, Dave Bolland underwent surgery today to repair a herniated disk in his back, according to Our View:Bolland will be on the shelf for 3-4 months. The surgery went fine, and the young center is expected to make a full recovery. |

November 10, 2009 Dave Bolland is set to undergo back surgery, and could be out for upwards of two months, according to the Our View:Bolland is Chicago's second-line center. He has been bothered by his back for over a year, but had been able to play through it until now. The team believes he may end up being out even longer than two months. Stay tuned. |
