November 7, 2009 Anze Kopitar posted another point on Saturday in the Kings' 3-1 loss to the Predators. Kopitar assisted on the team's lone goal, and he now has 25 points on the young season. Our View:If the Kings get on the board, there is a good chance Kopitar was involved in some way. He makes it happen with his excellent goal scoring ability, but he can also contribute in the assist category because of his great skill level. He looks to be moving quickly into elite fantasy status. |

November 2, 2009 Anze Kopitar has shown no signs of slowing down this season, and he had another big night on Monday in the Kings' 5-3 win over the Coyotes. Kopitar scored a goal and added two assists in the win. Our View:This guy might be the best player in the league right now, as he has 24 points in just 15 games. He is seemingly scoring at will, so fantasy owners need to keep riding him now and in the future. |

October 25, 2009 No one on the planet is hotter than Anze Kopitar right now. The NHL's leading scorer notched another two goals in Sunday's 6-2 win over the Blue Jackets. Our View:Kopitar now leads the NHL in goals (ten) and points (21) and is second in the league in assists. He holds a six-game point streak and has six goals and three assists over his last four games. So far the Rangers have been the only team to hold him scoreless this season, on October 14th. |
