October 12, 2009 Michael Ryder had a nice afternoon on Monday, as he scored a goal and added an assist in the Bruins' 4-3 loss to the Avalanche. Ryder finished the game with four shots and a rating of plus-1. Our View:Ryder played very well today, and he now has four points in five games this season. Boston is struggling a bit out of the gate, but they are capable of turning it around in a hurry if players like Ryder keep performing. |

September 20, 2009 Michael Ryder notched the opening goal of the game for the Bruins on Sunday as Boston defeated the Canadiens 2-1. Our View:Ryder is coming off a very nice season in 2008-2009, as he tallied 53 points in 74 games played. He should be an offensive threat again this season, and his goal tonight shows he is on his game early. |
