October 21, 2009 Mikael Samuelsson led the Canucks in Wednesday's 3-2 win at Chicago, as he chipped in a goal and an assist. Our View:Samuelsson is hot, as he lit the lamp in three of his last four games. The veteran winger has five goals and nine points over nine games this season, and continues to fit in very well with Vancouver. |

July 3, 2009 Our View:The Red Wings were hoping to bring Samuelsson back, but he opted to go with the Canucks. Samuelsson was a nice player in Detroit, and he should be surrounded by some solid talent in Vancouver as well. 40-50 points is not out of the question for next season. |
