After registering just 136 points in his first 261 career games coming into this season, Penner is having a late breakout year at the age of 27. |

November 15, 2009 Dustin Penner scored for the third time in four games on Sunday, but Edmonton would go on to lose 3-2 to Atlanta. November 10, 2009 Dustin Penner slipped a goal past netminder Pascal Leclaire in Tuesday's 4-3 shootout loss at Ottawa. Our View:Penner lit the lamp in back-to-back games, and continues to lead the Oilers with 11 goals for the season. He will have a shot to set a new single-season high in goals, which is currently 29 (with Ducks in 2006-07). |
