According to ESPN.com, Albert Haynesworth will play in Sunday's contest against the rival Cowboys.

Our View:Haynesworth is dealing with an ankle injury, and although he holds a questionable tag right now, the coaching staff had deemed him ready to go. One expects that the menacing defender is doing everything he can do to get into this game so he can stick it to his former team.

Clinton Portis, RB

The Washington Post's Rick Maese reports that running back Clinton Portis is set to see another specialist about his concussion.

Our View:Portis seems miles away from the field right now, and you have to wonder if he is going to play at all again in 2009. Ladell Betts is the team's indefinite feature back.

Eddie Williams, FB

Fullback Eddie Williams had to be carted off the Redskins' practice field on Friday, according to Rick Maese of the Washington Post.

Our View:Williams was just signed two and a half weeks ago. Having such a tenuous roster spot, he isn't likely to play again 2009 if his injury is as significant as getting carted off would suggest.
