Antonio Pierce, LB

The New York Giants have announced that linebacker Antonio Pierce will be out indefinitely with a bulging disk in his neck, according to the Twitter page of beat writer Ralph Vacchiano.

Our View:Bad news here for the Giants, as Pierce is one of their best defenders. He has 55 tackles, one sack, a forced fumble, and a fumble recovery this season, so his loss is huge for a team that has struggled a bit on defense as of late. IDP owners will want to find a replacement, as it sounds like Pierce could be done for awhile.

Ahmad Bradshaw, RB

Ahmad Bradshaw is "on the field and practicing" on Friday, according to Ralph Vacchiano of the New York Daily News.

Our View:He will play on Sunday. Going up against Atlanta's bottom-rung run defense, he's an acceptable flex play.

Aaron Ross was a full participant in Giants practice again on Friday, and looks poised to play on Sunday, according to Ralph Vacchiano of the New York Daily News.

Our View:This Sunday would mark Ross' first game of the season. Expect him to be eased back into the flow of things the next few weeks, and for him to not be playing at 100 percent until December.
