Roy Williams was limited in practice for the second straight day Thursday while nursing a forearm ailment, according to NFL.com.

Our View:Williams missed the last two games, but looks to have a chance of returning Sunday against rival Baltimore. He is a liability in pass coverage, but would help in run support while the Bengals try to slow down rising star Ray Rice.

The Cincinnati Enquirer is suggesting that it might be time for the Bengals to activate first-round pick Andre Smith. Smith is not ready to be a starter yet, but it might be a good idea to get him some live game action in the coming weeks.

Our View:Smith just got cleared for hitting drills on Monday, but giving him a limited number of game snaps could be beneficial down the road. The kid has a ton of talent, and he could have a chance to impact this team later in the season as they make their push to the postseason.
