The Cardinals are "very optimistic" that quarterback Kurt Warner will be able to play in Week 12 after taking a blow to the head in Week 11, according to the Associated Press.

Our View:The team isn't convinced he suffered a concussion in the first half against the Rams last weekend, and his second half absence was mostly precautionary. All that is left for him to be declared ready for Sunday is passing his Tuesday baseline test.

Matt Leinart, QB

The Arizona Cardinals have been outscored 24-0 this season when Matt Leinart is in the game, according to ESPN.

Our View:So much for all that early season speculation that Leinart was much closer to surpassing Kurt Warner than people realized. The team's offense morphed from formidable to totally inept with number seven at the controls on Sunday, and the only way Warner will lose his job in the desert before the end of the 2010 season is if he retires or gets hurt.

Tim Hightower, RB

Tim Hightower's 50-yard run in the first quarter on Sunday was Arizona's longest since 2004, according to the Arizona Republic.

Our View:Troy Hambrick rumbled for 62 in a game against Miami that season. Hightower's continued solid play is holding off the Beanie Wells' ascension to the feature back role in the desert, though both are getting a decent amount of carries, and both are producing.
