Titans rookie defensive back Ryan Mouton was carted off the practice field on Tuesday after injuring his ankle, according to SI.com. The extent of the injury is unknown at this time.

Our View:Mouton had been making a good impression on the Titans at camp and even returned an interception for a touchdown in the last preseason game, so this is tough luck for the rookie. He looks to have a future in the league, and the severity of the injury will determine how much he will play this season.

According to the Nashville City Paper, the Titan's have signed corner back Ryan Mouton to a four-year deal worth $2.4 million.

Our View:The third-round pick out of Hawaii could make up to $3 million on the deal with bonuses and will look to compete at dimeback and possibly kick returns.

Rookie cornerback Ryan Mouton (Hawaii) was advised to rest his hamstring after injuring it at the NFL Combine, according to the Tennessean.

Our View:Mouton is a couple of weeks away from full health. Mouton could develop into a solid cornerback, but lacks size (5-9, 180 pounds) and needs to get stronger.
