April 26, 2009 The Carolina Panthers selected Syracuse fullback Tony Fiammetta in the fourth round with the 128th overall pick in the 2009 NFL draft. Our View:Fiammetta is a hard-nosed player who bench presses over 500 pounds. He's a tough, physical blocker who can stand up defensive ends and lock down linebackers. DeAngelo Williams and Jonathon Stewart are going to love the front office for pulling the trigger on this pick. |
