Percy Harvin (migraines) will play in Sunday's NFC Championship game despite missing nearly all of Vikings practice last week, according to Fox Sports.

Our View:He has reportedly been feeling much better the past two days, and will not be forced to miss his second game of the season. This is great news for the Vikings, since the Saints are expected to double-team Sidney Rice. Harvin could make them pay for doing that.

Percy Harvin (migraines) appeared fine at the Vikings' facility on Saturday morning and is expected to be on the team's flight to New Orleans this afternoon, according to the Minneapolis Star-Tribune.

Our View:Vikings fans can breathe a collective sigh of relief. Harvin's status seems a whole lot better now than it was over the past few days, and barring a setback over the next day, it looks like he'll be active and ready to help out Minnesota as both a slot receiver and on special teams.

Percy Harvin (migraines) was absent from Vikings practice for the second straight day on Friday, according to Judd Zulgad of the Minneapolis Star-Tribune.

Our View:This is a very troubling development for Vikings fans. Head coach Brad Childress expressed optimism on Thursday that he would be able to go this weekend, but missing Friday practice almost never equals playing on Sunday. He'll likely be a game-time decision, as there is no telling when his headaches might let up. Stay tuned.

In a bit of bad news for Vikings fans, it has been revealed that Percy Harvin's absence from practice on Thursday was indeed due to another round of migraines for the rookie receiver, according to Judd Zulgad of the Minneapolis Star-Tribune.

Our View:Harvin was forced to sit out in Week 14 due to his headaches, and there is no guarantee he will not have to do the same for this weekend's NFC Championship tilt. Stay tuned.

Receiver Percy Harvin was not on the field as the Vikings began practice on Thursday, according to the Minneapolis Star-Tribune.

Our View:A reason as to why has not yet been provided. Vikings fans can only hope his debilitating migraine headaches have not returned. Stay tuned.

Pro Bowl receiver Percy Harvin has been named the NFL's Offensive Rookie of the Year, according to the Associated Press.

Our View:And with cause. Harvin's 60 catches, 790 receivving yards and six touchdowns were a big part of Minnesota's magical season in 2009. He also managed to find the end-zone twice on kickoff returns. His numbers are even more impressive when you consider that they came in just 15 games.

Percy Harvin has been added to the NFC Pro Bowl roster, according to FOX Sports.

Our View:The rookie has been added as a return specialist. Harvin averaged 27.5 yards on 42 kickoff returns this season, and scored two touchdowns.
