November 4, 2009 The Our View:The only tight ends to rack up more than Celek's 447 yards are Dallas Clark, Antonio Gates and Owen Daniels (who is out for the season). That puts him in pretty elite company, and while his breakout year has been helped by Donovan McNabb's effectiveness, Celek has made leaps and bounds this season. He's also grabbed three touchdowns in his seven games, so we're not looking at a "Chris Cooley" type situtation from last year, where the yards are there but he never finds the end zone. Feel comfortable playing him in all fantasy formats. |

November 1, 2009 Brent Celek caught four passes for 61 yards and a touchdown in the Week 8 victory over the New York Giants. Our View:Celek, who has notched four or more receptions in six of seven games, scored his third touchdown and is a top-10 tight end in all fantasy formats. |

October 18, 2009 Brent Celek continued his breakout season on Sunday with four catches for 75 yards in a 13-9 loss to the Raiders. Our View:The big tight end now has 30 catches this season, including two scores and two 100-yard games. He's a legit fantasy play every week and should post up good numbers against Washington in Week 7. |

September 27, 2009 Brent Celek reeled in eight receptions for 104 yards and one touchdown in the Week 3 win over Kansas City. Our View:In the last five games (dating back to last season), Celek has posted 35 receptions for 384 yards and five touchdowns. Prior to this week, Celek was leading all Eagles' receivers in targets, and he registered eight receptions for the second straight game. |

September 20, 2009 Brent Celek was a standout for the Eagles in today's 48-22 loss to the Saints, as he caught eight passes for a game-high 104 yards. Our View:Celek did not reach the endzone, but fantasy owners should still be very pleased with the young tight end's statline. He now has 14 receptions over the first two games of 2009. |
