Brandon Marshall was shut down by the Ravens in today's 30-7 loss at M&T Bank Stadium, as he only caught four passes for 24 yards.

Our View:Marshall is yet to reach 100 receiving yards in a game, and today's 24 yards marked a season-low. The schedule will not get easier in Week 9, when Denver hosts Pittsburgh on Monday Night Football.

The Broncos have decided to rescind fines dealt to Brandon Marshall, and intend to give the star receiver his money back, according to Jay Glazer of FOX Sports.

Our View:This is a good sign that Marshall and the Broncos are back on good terms. His fines totaled $73,000 and were related to his suspension for detrimental conduct.

Head coach Josh McDaniels commented on star receiver Brandon Marshall, according to the Denver Post. McDaniels said, "Without going back into the past, Brandon and I have never really had much of an issue with one another. I do not know when it clicked, but I am happy it is clicking and he is too, and our team is all the better for it."

Our View:Marshall is back on good terms with Denver, and has racked up 222 receiving yards and four touchdowns over his last three games. Expect him to perform well in Monday night's AFC West showdown at San Diego.

Broncos owner Pat Bowlen hinted at Tuesday that formerly disgruntled wide receiver Brandon Marshall could be in for a "significant raise" if he continues to play as well as he has for the past few weeks, according to NFL.com.

Our View:What a difference one or two months can make. It was not that long ago that Marshall was punting balls away from the ball boys at Broncos practice. Now, he's catching footballs and scoring touchdowns for a 5-0 Denver team. Expect him to be locked up long-term shortly.

Brandon Marshall caught eight passes for 64 yards and two touchdowns in Sunday's 20-17 win over the Patriots at Invesco Field.

Our View:Marshall has reached the endzone in three straight games. He is averaging 74 receiving yards over that span, and is clicking fine with new quarterback Kyle Orton.
