Santonio Holmes reeled in five receptions for 104 yards in the Week 6 win over Cleveland.

Our View:This was the second 100-yard effort of the season for Holmes, who has been a very inconsistent option for his owners. Thus far, he has had three good games and three mediocre contests, making it difficult to gauge when he should be in your lineup.

The Pittsburgh Tribune-Review reports that Santonio Holmes says his injured wrist is no longer an issue, but led to his struggles with dropped passes earlier this season.

Our View:Holmes has been dealing with the wrist injury since Week 2, but has managed to take the field for every game. Still it has clearly affected his performance as he had four drops in a span of two games. Now that he's healthy, expect an increase in his numbers.

Santonio Holmes' tender left wrist is no longer an issue, and he is not on the Steelers' Week 3 injury report, according to the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette.

Our View:Holmes was seen walking around with a wrap on his left hand earlier this week, but the wrist injury it was presumably protecting does not appear to be any sort of an issue. He has reeled in 14 balls for 214 yards and a score in Pittsburgh's first two games.

The Pittsburgh Post-Gazette is reporting that Steelers' wide receiver Santonio Holmes was seen walking around the team's facility on Monday with a large wrap on his left wrist/hand. Holmes injured his wrist during Sunday's game against the Bears.

Our View:Holmes was icing the wrist yesterday, and he is expected to be fine for the team's Week 3 game. The injury shouldn't affect his ability to play, so fantasy owners have nothing to worry about at this point.

Santonio Holmes caught five balls for 83 yards as the Steelers fell to the Bears 17-14 in Week 2. Holmes was targeted 14 times.

Our View:Holmes' game was not as good as his yardage would indicate as he barely caught a third of the balls thrown his way. Still, he will continue to put up similar positive production on a consistent basis.
