November 18, 2009 Marion Barber fully practiced Wednesday, according to the Cowboys' Our View:Barber is playing through his fractured thumb, and has reportedly regained his "burst" since recovering from his stained quadriceps. He will have a favorable matchup against the rival Redskins on Sunday, who are ranked 24th in run defense. |

November 16, 2009 Marion Barber was hindered by his fractured thumb in Sunday's loss at Green Bay, according to the Our View:That explains why Barber only had eight touches in the game (five rushing attempts and three receptions). The Cowboys will be facing a soft Redskins' run defense in Week 11, but Barber looks to be a risky fantasy option. |

November 15, 2009 Marion Barber had a quiet outing in today's 17-7 loss at Green Bay, as he only had five carries for 26 rushing yards. He also caught three passes for 11 receiving yards. Our View:Barber did the most with his limited touches, and his disappointing numbers for fantasy owners are not his fault. He only averages 45 rushing yards over his last six games. |

November 8, 2009 Marion Barber rushed 12 times for 50 yards and came down with three passes for 20 yards in Week 9. Our View:Barber's 70 total yards were the most he's scored in a game since he broke loose for 124 yards in Week 2. He's no longer the fantasy stalwart he was in the days that he was the uncontested go-to-guy in the Cowboy's backfield, but he's still worth a flex play or RB2 spot in deep leagues. |

November 5, 2009 According to Our View:Barber has a fractured left thumb, but has practiced in full the last two days. The injury hasn't kept him out the last two weeks at all, even though he had just 14 carries against the Seahawks last Sunday. He's recovered from the quad strain that he suffered earlier in the year as well and is apparently showing "more juice" in his runs now. |
