Our View:Davis will earn $3.268 million and will cost another team a first and third-round pick if they snatch him up. He's coming off a torn ACL though so that situation isn't likely. As long as he's healthy, he's the Panthers best linebacker. |

February 20, 2010 Thomas Davis will test his surgically-repaired knee Monday, according to the Charlotte Observer. Davis will run on grass and he said, "That is going to be huge. Considering the way I have spent the last 12 weeks, Monday is going to be huge." Our View:His performance could also decide whether or not the Panthers tender him, as he is an impending restricted free agent. Davis was a solid weak-side linebacker prior to suffering his knee injury. |
