Derrick Mason caught four passes for 40 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 30-7 win over the Broncos at M&T Bank Stadium.

Our View:The 35-year-old vet has developed fine chemistry with quarterback Joe Flacco, as he scored a touchdown in four of his last five games. The Ravens also snapped their three-game losing streak today.

Derrick Mason posted seven receptions for 97 yards and one touchdown in the Week 6 loss at Minnesota.

Our View:This was a nice rebound performance for Mason, who was held without a catch last week at New England. The 13-year veteran has scored in three of the last four weeks, and also has two 100-yard efforts during this period. At this stage of the season, Mason is a serviceable No. 2 fantasy receiver and an outstanding No. 3.

The Carroll County Times is reporting that Ravens' offensive coordinator Cam Cameron is taking the blame for wide receiver Derrick Mason not having a catch in last week's game. "It's unacceptable for that to happen. It's my responsibility, period. And we'll do everything we can to make sure it won't happen again," Cameron said.

Our View:Fantasy owners better hope Cameron is telling the truth here, because Mason's performance last week was enough to kill any chance for a win for any owners. The good news is that the team recognized that they need to get him the ball, so expect him to return to being a very nice fantasy option going forward.

As expected, Derrick Mason (neck) is active for the Week 5 game against the Bengals.

Our View:Mason missed practice on Wednesday, but he suited up later in the week. He is a safe fantasy start against a Bengals defense that has done a nice job of covering No. 1 receivers this year.

Ravens' wide receiver Derrick Mason is being listed as probable for Sunday's game, according to the Twitter page of Ravens' beat writer Aaron Wilson. Joining Mason as probable are Ed Reed and Haloti Ngata.

Our View:All three of those players are expected to be just fine heading into the weekend, so the Ravens look like they will be pretty close to having a full squad this weekend. Mason will probably appear on the injury report quite a bit this season, but as long as he keeps playing on Sundays and producing, he will be worth the weekly headaches for fantasy owners.
