Our View:The Lions are looking for ways to improve their defense, which was ranked 32nd in the NFL in 2009. They already upgraded at defensive end with the signing of Kyle Vanden Bosch. Hargrove collected a Super Bowl ring last season as a member of the Saints. |

January 30, 2010 Anthony Hargrove has been dealt a $5,000 fine for unnecessary roughness in the NFC Championship against Minnesota, according to the Chicago Sun-Times. Our View:Hargrove does not intend to appeal the fine. The defensive end had a productive year in New Orleans, as he chipped in 42 tackles and five sacks in the regular season. |
