Michael Turner (high ankle sprain) has yet to rule himself out for Week 12, according to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.

Our View:The team likely has, however. Fill-in Jason Snelling went for 76 yards and two touchdowns in his absence last weekend, and while the Falcons' season is hanging in the balance, they have little reason to rush Turner back and risk ineffectiveness and further injury before he is completely healed.

Michael Turner (high-ankle sprain) will miss today's game against the Giants, according to Rachel Nichols' (ESPN) twitter page.

Our View:Jason Snelling is expected to start at running back in his absence. The Giants are ranked 13th in pass defense, but allowed 12 touchdowns.

Falcons' running back Michael Turner missed practice again on Friday and is being listed as doubtful for this week's game, according to ProFootballTalk.com. Turner is dealing with a high ankle sprain.

Our View:Nobody really thought Turner would be able to go this week, but the Falcons have still not officially ruled him out. Fantasy owners should have someone else in the lineup, specifically Jason Snelling if you picked him up as a handcuff.

The Falcons do not yet have a timetable for Michael Turner's return from a high ankle sprain, according to the team.

Our View:Jason Snelling, and possibly Jerious Norwood, will handle the load at running back this weekend, and almost certainly in Week 12, as well. You can expect to begin hearing serious reports about Turner returning in early December.

Updating an earlier report, Michael Turner did not practice Wednesday while dealing with a high-ankle sprain suffered in Week 10 against Carolina, according to the Falcons' official website.

Our View:The star running back is yet to rule himself out for Sunday's game against the Giants in the Meadowlands. Jason Snelling would be the top candidate to start at running back if Turner is unable to go, namely as Jerious Norwood (hip) also missed today's practice.
