July 2, 2009 Police have issued a warrant for Chris Perry's arrest for failing to pay taxes to the City of Wyoming dating back to 2006 and 2007, according to WCPO.com. He was released by the Bengals back in April. Our View:Perry was absent from his June 17 hearing. He will hold no fantasy value for 2009 while playing with Orlando of the UFL. |

April 27, 2009 The Cincinnati Enquirer is reporting that the Bengals have released Chris Perry. Perry was the starting running back for the Bengals at the beginning of 2008. Our View:Perry has to be considered a bust for the Bengals, as he was a first round pick back in 2004. He has battled injuries and fumbling problems his entire career, and the team finally decided to give up on him. |
