Steven Jackson lugged the rock 26 times for 131 yards and a touchdown in the Week 10 loss to New Orleans.

Our View:Jackson, who also notched nine receptions for 45 yards, has stayed healthy and performed admirably despite receiving little help from his teammates for much of the campaign. S-Jacks has scored in each of the last two games and has five 100-yard rushing efforts in 2009.

Steven Jackson toted the rock 22 times for 149 yards and a touchdown, as well as chipping in three receptions for 17 yards in the Week 8 victory at Detroit.

Our View:The fourth quarter game-winning, 25-yard touchdown run represented the first score of the season for Jackson, who is on pace for 1,942 scrimmage yards. The Rams serve their bye next week before hosting the New Orleans Saints in Week 10.

Steven Jackson had 23 carries for 134 yards in the Week 7 loss to Indianapolis.

Our View:It was the third 100-yard rushing effort for Jackson, who has yet to find the end zone this season. Despite the lack of scores, S-Jacks is still a lower echelon No. 1 option in PPR leagues, and a serviceable No. 2 in leagues that heavily award yardage.

Sports Illustrated's Peter King insists that Steven Jackson will not be traded before Tuesday afternoon's trade deadline.

Our View:He is almost certainly right, as any move would have made little sense on the Rams part. Aside from nearly guaranteeing that they would go 0-16, trading Jackson would be trading a player entering the prime of his career who is under team control for four more seasons. Consider the rumors that have persisted for days about Jackson's future wishful thinking on other teams' behalves.

Steven Jackson was productive in today's 23-20 OT loss at Jacksonville. He gained 50 rushing yards on 16 carries, and racked up 78 more yards on six receptions.

Our View:Jackson could not reach paydirt, but fantasy owners should still be happy with 128 total yards rushing and receiving. He is performing well, as he generated 109 total yards last weekend against Minnesota.
