Ben Roethlisberger completed 14-of-26 passes in Sunday's 27-17 win over the Vikings at Heinz Field. He threw one touchdown pass and no interceptions.

Our View:Roethlisberger got the job done while handing the Vikings their first loss of 2009, but failed to reach at least 200 yards for fantasy owners, with just one score.
October 18, 2009
Ben Roethlisberger completed 23-of-35 passes for 417 yards and two touchdowns against one interception in the Week 6 victory over Cleveland.

Our View:These aren't your grandpa's Steelers anymore. In the last three games, Roethlisberger is averaging 342 yards per game with eight touchdowns against one interception. Next week, the Steelers host Minnesota, who field one of the better run defenses in the league, which should mean more airing it out for Big Ben.
October 11, 2009
Ben Roethlisberger completed 23-of-30 passes for 277 yards, three scores, and one pick in the Week 5 win over the Lions.

Our View:From a fantasy perspective, Big Ben is performing better than he ever has, and the Steelers are letting him throw a lot more. Fantasy owners should be very pleased.
October 4, 2009
Ben Roethlisberger was amazingly efficient on Sunday night. The two-time Super Bowl champ completed 26-of-33 passes for 333 yards and two scores, as Pittsburgh beat San Diego 38-28 at home.

Our View:The game was also his first interception-free performance of 2009. The Steelers offense really kicked into gear on Sunday, and Roethlisberger appears primed for plenty of big games going forward.
September 20, 2009
Ben Roethlisberger picked up 221 yards on 23-for-35 passing. The quarterback picked up a touchdown on the ground and through the year, but he also lost an interception as the Steelers fell to the Bears 17-10.

Our View:The two scoring plays went for a total of three yards. Roethlisberger was sharp in picking apart the defense with short and mid-range passes, but he did not attempt to throw deep much at all.
