Our View:Warren missed Week 10, and was missed as the Patriots fell to the Colts at Lucas Oil Stadium. He is their best defensive end, and rookie quarterback Mark Sanchez could benefit if Warren is slowed or unable to go on game day.

Our View:This is encouraging regarding his availabilty for Sunday's home game against Miami. Warren is having a fine season so far with 41 tackles (31 solo) and two sacks.

Our View:Warren is yet to miss a game this season, and had extra time to heal with the bye in Week 8. He is a rock-solid defensive end when healthy, and hopefully he can play Sunday when the Patriots host Ronnie Brown and the Dolphins.

ProFootballTalk.com is reporting that the Patriots have added Ty Warren and Matt Light to the injury report for Sunday's game. Warren is being listed as probable with an unspecified illness while Light is also probable with a knee injury.

Our View:Both players are expected to play today, but it is strange to see late additions like this, especially in the case of Light and his knee injury. Warren is a bigger concern because of the illness, but he will go unless he feels absolutely miserable.

The Patriots placed Ty Warren (groin/knee) on the active/PUP list on Monday, according to the Boston Globe.

Our View:Warren had surgery this offseason on both of his groins and his right knee. His inclusion on the active/PUP list means that he can return to training camp whenever he's ready, and he's expected to be fully recovered by the start of the season. New England placed Shawn Crable, Rich Ohrnberger, Mark LeVoir and Darryl Richard on the active/PUP list as well.

New England defensive end Ty Warren said Thursday that he expects to be ready for the start of training camp, according to the Boston Globe. He underwent surgery in January to repair a torn groin muscle on his left side. He also had a sports hernia operation in addition to having some work done on his right groin.

Our View:Oh, yeah...Warren also underwent a procedure to clean out his right knee. Even if he does make it to training camp in July, what kind of shape will he be in?
