Our View:Harper may need more time before he returns to game action though. He missed the last four games, and should remain held out of IDP lineups until further notice.

Our View:Harper missed the last three games, but looks to have a chance to return Sunday against Buffalo. Tennessee is ranked last in the NFL in pass defense, and really need Harper back in the lineup at cornerback.

Our View:Star cornerback Cortland Finnegan is active following his bout with a hamstring injury. Harper is unable to join him today though. The defensive line will be weakened without Haye and Kearse available as well.

Our View:Both of the Titans' starting cornerbacks are now injured, as Cortland Finnegan was unable to go tonight due to a hamstring ailment. The team in now 0-5 after being initially viewed as a playoff contender for 2009.

Nick Harper is dealing with a rib injury he suffered in the Titans' Week 4 loss, according to the Nashville Tennessean.

Our View:He will undergo x-rays on Monday. Fellow corner Cortland Finnegan is also dealing with injury, and the Titans could be forced to start two rookies against Peyton Manning and the Colts next week. Amazingly, an 0-5 start is a distinct possibility for the Titans.

Nick Harper underwent LASIK eye surgery to improve his vision, according to the Tennessean. He said, "I can tell a big, big difference. It is like night and day. I could not believe I was that blind. Now I should be able to catch some of those balls I dropped. That might have cost me going to the Pro Bowl. I think I dropped seven interceptions last year."

Our View:Harper racked up 71 tackles (68 solo) and two interceptions last season. He is worth consideration as a flier for deeper IDP leagues, in case the eye surgery does in fact lead to more interceptions.

Our View:Harper is not a solid pro and has not played a full 16-game season since 2003 while a member of the Colts.

Nick Harper recently underwent abdominal surgery, according to the Tennessean. Harper dealt with problems with a muscle in the area that was causing him pain in his leg.

Our View:Harper has already started his rehab and should be available for minicamps later in the off-season.

Our View:Harper has been suffering the effects of a groin injury. It was not reported whether his injury has hampered his range of movement and/or ability to make cuts.
