November 25, 2009 Marcus Stroud missed today's practice while recovering from his knee injury, according to the Bills' Our View:Stroud missed Week 11, but he believes he may be able to return Sunday against Miami. The veteran defensive tackle chipped in 40 tackles and two sacks over nine games this season. |

November 20, 2009 Marcus Stroud has been ruled out for Week 11, according to Our View:The Bills' top defensive tackle, Stroud's absence all but clears a runway for the Jaguars' Maurice Jones-Drew to just run all over Buffalo's defense. He could be in for a positively Chris Johnson-type week. |

April 7, 2009 Marcus Stroud has reportedly agreed to a contract extension with Buffalo that will pay him an average of $8.25MM over the next two seasons, according to Our View:Stroud is now under contract with Buffalo for four years at a total of $28MM. He was previously slated to earn $3.5MM in 2009. Stroud is a rock solid defensive tackle and was worthy of the new deal. |
