Chad Ochocinco noted that he will punt and kick field goals at some point during the Pro Bowl, according to ProFootballTalk.com.

Our View:The eccentric receiver also believes his kicking range on field goals is up to 48 yards. Just a little tidbit for those who will be watching the Pro Bowl this weekend.

Bengals head man Marvin Lewis has been named the Associated Press' NFL coach of the year, according to Joe Reedy of the Cincinnati Enquirer.

Our View:Not bad for a man that was on a very hot seat following a 4-11-1 2008 season. In addition to turning the Bengals into one of the top running and defensive teams in the league in 2009, he also led his club through the tragic death of receiver Chris Henry. Sean Payton of New Orleans and Rex Ryan of New York also had great seasons leading their teams in 2009, but it's hard to argue with Lewis' victory.

Confirming what we all already knew, Chad Ochocinco (knee) will be active against the Jets today, according to ESPN's Rachel Nichols.

Our View:He will need a shot two hours before kickoff, but he'll be good to go against Darrelle Revis and company. Ochocinco had scored in four-straight games prior to last week when he sat most of the game with his knee ailment.

Chad Ochocinco (knee) is listed as probable for Saturday's matchup against the Jets, according to the Cincinnati Enquirer's Joe Reedy.

Our View:Ochocinco is fully expected to play, though at less than 100 percent and facing arguably the game's best cover corner in Darrelle Revis, it may be tough for him to get open.
January 7, 2010
Chad Ochocinco (knee) was again a full participant in Bengals practice on Thursday, according to the Cincinnati Enquirer.

Our View:He needs all the practice he can get before his rematch with New York's Darrelle Revis this Saturday. Considering how things went last weekend, don't count on Ocho getting the better of Revis this time around, either.

Chad Ochocinco (knee) was a full participant in Bengals practice on Wednesday, according to Joe Reedy of the Cincinnati Enquirer.

Our View:As coach Marvin Lewis said, the only thing Ochocinco bruised last Sunday was his ego. He will play against the Jets, and be shadowed by Darrelle Revis, on Saturday.
January 5, 2010
Chad Ochocinco (knee) "(appeared) to be moving normally" at Bengals practice on Tuesday, according to Joe Reedy of the Cincinnati Enquirer.

Our View:He will play this weekend, though at likely less than 100 percent. The fact that he is banged up does not bode well at all for his rematch with New York's Darrelle Revis, who thoroughly manhandled him last Sunday night.
January 4, 2010
Chad Ochocinco tweeted on Monday morning that he "can't extend" his knee, and that he will undergo an MRI at noon.

Our View:This is a much different tune than was being sung on Sunday night, when NBC's Andrea Kremer reported he would be fine for Cincinnati's playoff game against the Jets next Saturday. Expect an update later in the day.
January 3, 2010
Updating a previous report, Chad Ochocinco (knee) will definitely be available for the Bengals playoff matchup with the Jets next week.

Our View:The always entertaining wideout slipped during warmups, injuring his knee, and then aggravated it during the game. He exited late in the first half and never returned, but that was likely precautionary. He'll have a chance to redeem himself next week after being held without a catch by shutdown corner Darrelle Revis.
January 3, 2010
Chad Ochocinco left Sunday night's game with a knee injury and is questionable to return.

Our View:Ochocinco slipped during warmups on the wet field and then re-injured the knee during the game. The Bengals are starting to get banged up quickly and can ill afford to lose their biggest receiving weapon. Stay tuned.
