The Ravens have declared Todd Heap as out for Sunday's regular-season finale, according to the Baltimore Sun. No big surprise here, as Heap has missed most of the season due to his ailing hamstring and had yet to practice this week. He'll finish his season with just 23 catches and 239 yards.

"It's been better," said Heap. "Tried to go on it today. It's been hampering me for a while. It's definitely something that's frustrating and something I haven't dealt with before. I don't know what to expect from it. I'm just trying to do everything I can to get back as soon as possible." Sounds like Heap owners are going to be in for yet another week of waiting and wondering if their tight end will take the field on game day.
