Although Todd Heap did not practice for the second straight day Friday, the Ravens chose to upgrade him to probable on the injury report, according to the Cincinnati Enquirer. Heap is battling a sore thigh. The Friday upgrade has become the standard operating procedure for Brian Billick - he doesn't consider the probable tag very often until he's had a full week to evaluate a player's situation. Past experience with Heap's nicks this year suggest he will play against the Bengals, but check back with us Sunday just to make sure.
