July 23, 2009 Kevin Houser has signed a deal with the Seahawks, according to Scout.com. Contract terms were not disclosed. Our View:The 31-year-old vet served nine seasons with New Orleans. He holds no value as a running back, and was signed as a long-snapper. He will compete with Bryan Pittman for the job in training camp. |

June 29, 2009 Kevin Houser has been released by the Saints, according to ProFootballTalk.com. Our View:Houser served as the Saints' long-snapper and held no fantasy value as a running back. The club replaced him with Jason Kyle, who previously played with Carolina. |
