November 7, 2009 Responding to recent criticism levied by Dolphins linebacker Joey Porter, Tom Brady says he doesn't believe that he receives preferential treatment from NFL referees, according to the Our View:"I think the ref calls what he sees," he said. "I don't think I've ever influenced a call. The refs we have are very good. If they make a call on (roughing the passer), great. If they don't, that's fine." A diplomatic response from Brady - also a false one. |

October 25, 2009 Tom Brady was impressive in Sunday's 35-7 win over the Buccaneers at Wembley Stadium in London, as he completed 23-of-32 passes for 308 yards, with three touchdowns and two interceptions. Our View:Brady is on fire as he threw nine touchdown passes over his last two games. He has 15 for the season, and is averaging 290 passing yards per game. New England will have their bye next week. |
