October 25, 2009 LaDainian Tomlinson racked up 71 rushing yards on 23 carries in today's 37-7 win at Kansas City. He also caught two passes for two yards. Our View:Tomlinson had a decent outing, but failed to impress fantasy owners in a very favorable matchup against the Chiefs, who were ranked 29th in total defense heading into the game. The former stud rusher only scored one touchdown over four games this season. |

October 23, 2009 LaDainian Tomlinson (illness) was a full participant in Chargers practice on Friday, and is listed as probable for Week 7, according to the Our View:He will almost certainly play against the Chiefs and their porous run defense this weekend. He is coming off his best week of the season in Week 6 after rushing for 70 yards on 18 carries. That speaks more to his decline as a player than his potential for this weekend, however. |

October 22, 2009 Updating an earlier report, LaDainian Tomlinson missed today's practice due to an illness, according to Kevin Acee's (San Diego Union-Tribune) Our View:Fantasy owners should be pleased that Tomlinson was not held out due to his previously sprained ankle. Hopefully he will be recovered in time for Sunday's game, as the Chargers have a favorable matchup against the Chiefs. |

October 22, 2009 LaDainian Tomlinson did not practice Thursday, according to the Our View:Tomlinson has been dealing with a sprained ankle, but is was not disclosed if that was the reason of his absence. San Diego has a favorable matchup at Kansas City on Sunday. |

October 19, 2009 LaDainian Tomlinson rushed for 70 yards on 18 carries in San Diego's 34-23 loss to the Broncos on Monday. Our View:LT looked better running the ball tonight, but he still failed to reach the end zone. He obviously isn't the player he once was, so it might be a good idea to try to trade him on his name and get production in return. |
