Santana Moss was a hero for the Redskins in today's 16-13 win over the Buccaneers at FexEx Field, as he caught two passes for 74 yards and a long touchdown.

Our View:The speed demon's touchdown covered 59 yards on a pass from Jason Campbell, which put the team ahead 16-10. Moss scored a touchdown in back-to-back games.

Santana Moss posted 10 receptions for 176 yards and a touchdown in the Week 3 loss to the Lions.

Our View:The touchdown came from 57 yards out, and the 10 receptions doubled his previous season total of 5. Moss should make for an excellent play next week against the Buccaneers, who don't even resemble a real NFL team at this juncture of the season.

The Washington Times speculates that Santana Moss will continue to see double coverage and struggle to produce much as long as No. 2 receiver Malcolm Kelly remains a non-factor against single coverage.

Our View:Washington isn't really a passing team to begin with, and if Moss is constantly double-teamed whenever they do air things out, it will be hard for him to produce like the No. 3 fantasy receiver his owners drafted him to be. He's caught just five balls for 41 yards through two weeks thus far, and the concerns will be even more amplified if he fails to do much against Detroit this week.

Santana Moss (hamstring) is considered day-to-day, according to The Washington Post.

Our View:Moss went over 1,000 yards for the first time in three seasons in 2008, and doesn't figure to face much pressure for his starting job because of the team's lack of depth at receiver.

According to the Washington Post, Santana Moss "slightly tweaked" his hamstring in Thursday's practice.

Our View:Moss' leg was iced after practice, but the injury doesn't seem serious and the team is likely just being cautious with the speedy receiver.
