October 8, 2009 The Our View:The Heat should be just fine without Magloire for the first two games, as he doesn't figure to get much more playing time this year than last, when he averaged 13 minutes a game. Unless the team is hit by the injury bug in their front-court, don't expect Magloire to make a big impact this season. |

July 22, 2009 Center Jamaal Magloire has re-signed with the Heat, according to the Our View:The Heat apparently find it necessary to have four centers on their roster, although they may try to trade Mark Blount's large expiring contract. Magloire has no fantasy value. |

May 18, 2009 The Our View:Magloire is a former all-star, but he is past his prime and would like to just stay in one place at this point in his career. His fantasy value will be very limited next season if he serves as the backup, but it is far from certain he will wind up back in Miami. |
