Andrei Kirilenko is expected to miss Saturday's exhibition against the Clippers while dealing with a personal matter in Russia, according to the Deseret News. Kirilenko is expected to return in time for Sunday's game.

Our View:No word on the personal matter that AK 47 is tending to right now, but he should be good to go Sunday when he rejoins the team. His fantasy stock has fallen over the lat few years, but he still contributes in most fantasy categories, albeit in a much smaller fashion.

Andrei Kirilenko reported to training camp at 238 pounds, nearly 20 pounds heavier than he played at last season, as he attempts to enter the upcoming season with better strength, according to the Salt Lake Tribune.

Our View:Kirilenko is no longer the fantasy star he once was but should continue to log roughly 30 minutes a night and be a fine all-around contributor.

The Salt Lake Tribune reports that Andrei Kirilenko will train this offseason at the same place that helped to develop Ronnie Brewer and Paul Millsap in recent seasons - the Peak Performance Project in California. Kirilenko caught grief from the organization last season for losing weight throughout the season.

Our View:AK47 normally returns to Russia in the offseason, but he appears more dedicated this summer. Some of that may be attributed to his anticipation of playing a larger role for the Jazz next season. Both Millsap and Carlos Boozer could leave Utah via free agency.
