January 26, 2010 As if playing 39 minutes in his first career start following the Devin Brown trade wasn't enough, rookie Marcus Thornton got another vote of confidence on Tuesday, according to the New Orleans Times-Picayune. Coach/General Manager Jeff Bower said that he is "confident" in Thornton, and that he likes the possibilities putting him in the starting lineup opens up. Our View:Thornton had 19 points in his start. His value is completely hitched to scoring and three-pointers, but he should provide enough of both to help fantasy owners. If he's still available, you should probably make a move for him. |
