James Harden scored a game-high 24 points in tonight's 108-94 loss at Orlando, to go along with three rebounds, three assists and one steal. He made 6-of-7 shots from three-point range, and played 30:51 minutes.

Our View:The first-round pick out of Arizona State gave a preview of good things to come, as he set a single-game high in scoring for 2009-10. He is worth a look in fantasy leagues if you need backcourt depth.

Rookie first-round pick James Harden had 11 points on 5-for-9 shooting on Monday in the Thunder's 105-85 loss to the Rockets. Harden had five rebounds and two steals in the contest as well.

Our View:Harden played just about a minute more than starting two-guard Thafo Sefolosha, and he figures to see plenty of playing time this season even if he doesn't start right away. Harden is a solid all-around player, and he could be worth a late-round flier in your draft this season.

The Oklahoman is reportng that Thunder rookie James Harden is hoping to play in the team's first preseason game on Wednesday. Harden has been sidelined with an ankle injury but returned to the court over the weekend.

Our View:Harden is saying that there is no doubt that he will play in the game on Wednesday, so the ankle must be improving. Look for Harden to be a very nice scoring compliment to Kevin Durant this season as the Thunder continue to build a solid nucleus of young players.

First-round pick James Harden has inked a deal with the Thunder, according to the Oklahoman. Contract terms were not disclosed.

Our View:He was selected by the Thunder with the third-overall pick after averaging 20.1 points, 5.6 boards and 4.2 assists during his sophomore campaign with Arizona State. He is a well-rounded player, and should start right away as a rookie.

James Harden became the third overall pick in the 2009 NBA Draft when the Thunder selected him on Thursday night.

Our View:Harden piled up the points at Arizona State last season. He's a smooth left-hander who has a good all-around game. He will slide effortlessly in between Russell Westbrook and Kevin Durant into the Thunder's starting five. He could be an all-around fantasy producer if he lives up to expectations.
