November 15, 2009 Former Oregon guard Aaron Brooks scored 33 points on Sunday to lead the Rockets to a 101-91 win over the Lakers. Brooks had six rebounds and four assists as well in the win. Our View:Brooks was hot tonight, as he hit 11-of-23 from the field, including 5-of-11 from distance. He is the team's best scoring option while Tracy McGrady and Yao Ming are out, and he should continue to produce at a nice pace. |

November 10, 2009 Aaron Brooks led the Rockets with 22 points on Tuesday, but it wasn't enough as they fell to the Mavs 121-103. Our View:Brooks has put up double digit points in every game this season and Tuesday's effort was his second highest total of the year. He averaged 7.7 assists coming into the game as well, but recorded just one against the Mavs. |
