Adam Morrison led the Lakers with 20 points in Monday's 93-82 loss to the Clippers in the summer league, according to the Associated Press.

Our View:Morrison failed to realize his potential with the Bobcats, but could benefit from a fresh start with the defending champion Lakers, evidenced by tonight's solid performance.

The Charlotte Observer reports that the Bobcats have traded forward Adam Morrison and reserve Shannon Brown to the Los Angeles Lakers in exchange for forward Vladimir Radmanovic.

Our View:A heralded draft pick out of Gonzaga in 2006, Morrison has failed to play up to expectations. This season, he fell out of love with head coach Larry Brown with his lackluster play, particularly since being entrusted to lead the team in the absence of the injured Gerald Wallace.

Adam Morrison contributed to have a limited impact for Charlotte on Friday, only posting four points, one rebound, and one assist.

Our View:Morrison doesn't have any fantasy value, even in a starting role. The Bobcats need Gerald Wallace back badly.
