Andrew Bynum is dealing with a hip injury and two knee injuries, according to the Los Angeles Times.

Our View:Of course he is. Bynum, while growing ever more talented, is not growing ever less injury prone. Any fantasy owner has to be prepared to take the good with the bad with the young stud center. Officially, he is day-to-day with his hip injury, with the knees supposedly not being an issue. Don't consider him too likely to play before the All-Star break, however, Expect an update on Monday.

Andrew Bynum will be fined for missing the Lakers' team flight to Toronto on Saturday morning, according ESPN.com.

Our View:The fine is expected to be about $250, needless to say that Bynum shouldn't be too worried about the financial hit. Continue to play him as usual for fantasy purposes.

Andrew Bynum finished Sunday's loss to the Raptors with 21 points, nine rebounds, and two blocks. He had missed the team's flight to Toronto earlier in the day but played 39 minutes.

Our View:After being shut down by the Magic and Cavaliers, Bynum has beaten up on the light-hitting post players of the Raptors and Knicks. He's trying to get through January healthy for the first time in three years.

The Los Angeles Times reports that Andrew Bynum missed the team flight to Toronto but has since caught up with the squad and is expected to start in tonight's game.

Our View:Bynum apparently slept in and the Lakers left without him. He should have his way with Andrea Bargnani tonight. He has gotten injured each of the past two Januarys.

Coach Phil Jackson noted that Andrew Bynum feels fine for tonight's game at Cleveland, according to Mike Trudell's (Lakers reporter) tritter page.

Andrew Bynum double-doubled in Wednesday's 100-95 win over the Mavs with 22 points and 11 rebounds.

Our View:Bynum has been impressive since Pau Gasol's injury, picking up the slack for the Lakers, and is averaging over 18 points and ten rebounds per game this month. The double-double was his fourth in the last five games.

Andrew Bynum was a standout in Tuesday's 105-85 loss at San Antonio, as he poured in a game-high 23 points with eight rebounds. He also had two assists and two blocks.

Our View:Fantasy owners should be pleased with Bynum's performance, as he scored above his season average of 15.3 points per game. He topped 20 points for the ninth time as well.
January 10, 2010
Andrew Bynum stood out for the Lakers on Sunday with 17 points, 18 rebounds and three blocks in a 95-77 win over the Bucks.

Our View:Bynum picked up the slack with Pau Gasol out with a hamstring injury and was a beast around the rim. He now has three straight double-doubles and the 18 rebounds is a new season high.
