After a two-game stint in New York's starting lineup, Nate Robinson will move back to the bench to make way for Chris Duhon, according to the New York Post.

Our View:Angry Robinson owners can think Mike D'Antoni for building up hopes for some major potential fantasy success for Robinson, only to crush them soon after. Still, Robinson should usually get around 25-30 minutes a night and be held onto.

Nate Robinson will indeed start in place of Chris Duhon at point guard for the Knicks on Friday, according to the New York Post. It will be his first start of the season.

Our View:Robinson has been averaging over 14 points per game since being reinserted into New York's rotation on January 1, and was worthy of an own well before tonight's designation as a starter. If he can keep the job, he should become even more valuable.

Nate Robinson is expected to start at point guard over Chris Duhon going forward this season, according to the New York Post.

Our View:Robinson has easily outperformed Duhon of late, so Mike D'Antoni's decision should hardly come as a surprise. Robinson should receive a decent boost in minutes and serve as a fine fantasy commodity, while Duhon could end up splitting backup duties with Toney Douglas.

Nate Robinson emerged from the bench on Wednesday to propel the Knicks to a 107-85 win over the Wizards with his 23 points, six rebounds, eight assists and to steals.

Our View:This was one of the nights Robinson was on, as he hit 10-of-15 field goals and nailed 1-of-3 from downtown. He had just four points his last time out, which is what you get with the tumultuous fantasy option.

Nate Robinson (hamstring) will return to action against the Timberwolves tonight, according to Newsday's Alan Hahn.

Our View:As always, you can activate Robinson at your own risk, as he always seems to be a hit-or-miss fantasy play.
January 23, 2010
Nate Robinson is doubtful for Sunday's game due to his strained right hamstring, according to NBA writer Art Garcia's twitter page.

Our View:Larry Hughes should be afforded more playing time if Robinson is unable to go against Dallas.

Nate Robinson is out of tonight's game against the Lakers after suffering a strained right hamstring, according to Alan Hahn's (Newsday) twitter page.

Our View:The severity of the injury is yet to be determined. Robinson was replaced in the rotation by Larry Hughes.

Knicks president Donnie Walsh claims that guard Nate Robinson is not on the trading block, according to the New York Post.

Our View:Walsh makes two dubious claims, saying the team is not interested in dealing him, and that he's never demanded a trade. This most likely means that the club is actively trying to move him, and does not want to damage its leverage. Stay tuned.

The Celtics are believed to be interested in acquiring embattled Knicks guard Nate Robinson, according to the New York Daily News.

Our View:Coach Doc Rivers reportedly believes he can "connect" with the high-maintenance Robinson. If he will at least try, that would be going further than Robinson's current coach, Mike D'Antoni, has.
January 18, 2010
Nate Robinson came off the bench to lead the Knicks in scoring in their win over Detroit on Monday, tallying 27 points with five three-pointers and four assists.

Our View:Robinson's big game came on the same day that the NBA announced he'd be defending his title as the champion of the Slam Dunk Contest at All-Star Weekend. Games like this will continue to boost his trade stock.
January 16, 2010
The Celtics and Lakers are both believed to be interested in acquiring disgruntled Knicks guard Nate Robinson, according to Yahoo! Sports.

Our View:The Grizzlies are also believed to be interested. The Knicks are said to be reluctant to deal him to an Eastern Conference team, but if the right offer comes along, Kryptonate might finally get shipped out. Stay tuned.
January 11, 2010
Nate Robinson scored a team-high 19 points off the bench in tonight's 106-88 loss at Oklahoma City. He also had four rebounds, three assists, two steals and a block.

Our View:Robinson had a productive night for the Knicks, and averages 19.2 points over five games this month. He scored a personal season-high 41 points at Atlanta on New Year's Day.
January 6, 2010
The New Jersey Nets made a failed trade bid for Knicks guard Nate Robinson, according to the Bergen Record.

Our View:The Nets reportedly offered New York Rafer Alston and Tony Battie for Robinson and Darko Milicic. All four are playing under expiring contracts. With Alston since released, the deal has no chance at being revisited.
January 3, 2010
According to Newsday, Nate Robinson apparently vetoed a trade that would have sent him to the Grizzlies.

Our View:The two clubs had it all worked out. Suber-sub Robinson would go to Memphis and the Knicks would receive reserve guard Marcus Williams and a draft pick. No word on why he vetoed the deal, but it appears he didn't want to head south of the Big Apple. Looks like he'll continue being unhappy in New York.
January 1, 2010
For the first time in 13 games, Nate Robinson played for the Knicks on Friday...and scored 41 points. He hit 18-of-24 shots in 38 minutes of action and also had eight assists and six rebounds. The Knicks won in overtime in Atlanta.

Our View:Well that was impressive. Robinson had been benched for conduct that was detrimental to the team and he made quite a statement tonight. It will be very hard for D'Antoni to bench him again, so he should be safe to pick up if he's available.
