An MRI has revealed that Chris Paul's ankle injury is indeed only a sprain, but he is still expected to be out indefinitely, with two weeks being the minimum amount of time he will miss, according to the Associated Press.

Our View:Bobby Brown will run the point while he is out. You could probably find a more desirable replacement on the waiver wire.

Bad news out of New Orleans, as NBA writer Adrian Wojnarowski is reporting that Hornets' point guard Chris Paul will miss more time with his sprained ankle that originally expected. Paul is now expected to be on crutches for two weeks, and he isn't expected to return for three-to-four weeks.

Our View:The original diagnosis was one-to-two weeks, but the injury was found to be worse than expected. This is terrible news for fantasy owners, who will be without their first pick for close to a month. Don't be shocked if Paul comes back closer to three weeks, as he is a tough guy who loves to play the game.

The New Orleans Times-Picayune is reporting that Hornets' point guard Chris Paul left Friday's game with a severely sprained ankle. Paul could miss up to two weeks with the injury, and he has already been ruled out for Saturday's game against the Hawks.

Our View:This injury looked a lt worse than it ended up being, so fantasy owners should be thankful that he will only miss two weeks. Darren Collison could be a nice add for Paul owners if you have a roster spot, as he should take over while Paul is out.
