Our View:Williams has missed some time due to injury and family issues, but he looked excellent tonight. Fantasy owners should feel confident that Williams will continue to be an elite producer all season.

Updating a previous report, Jazz point guard Deron Williams is back in Salt Lake City to deal with health concerns involving one of his daughters, according to the Salt Lake Tribune. Williams is doubtful to return Saturday night against the Cavs.

Our View:Williams' daughter underwent a procedure, and the early reports from the doctors have been positive. We wish nothing but the best for the Williams family going forward, and Deron should be back on the court for the team's next game if he doesn't make it back tonight.

Our View:His absence is apparently not related to his ailing back acting up on Wednesday. If he's not back by Saturday, Utah's next game is not until next Wednesday.

Our View:Williams had just 13 points in the game, but it was promising that he even played at all. Assuming he doesn't suffer any setbacks with the injury, he should play on Friday against the Sixers.

The Salt Lake Tribune is reporting that Jazz point guard Deron Williams will likely miss Wednesday's game against the Celtics with a strained back. Williams sat out of Wednesday morning's shootaround because of the ailment.

Our View:Williams was reportedly extememely sore when he showed up today, and it looks like the team might give him the night off. If Williams doesn't play the Jazz will likely fall to Boston, but fantasy owners should be a more concerned that he is dealing with an injury that is tough to get healed 100 percent without plenty of rest.

Deron Williams tried to carry the Jazz on Saturday, but his team came up a bit short as they fell to the Kings 104-99. Williams did his part, scoring 29 points and dishing 15 assists in the game.

Our View:Williams has been dealing with a sore shin and hip since Thursday, but he showed no signs of an injury tonight. He has three rebounds and two steals, and he remains one of the top point guard in all the land.

Our View:Williams nearly registered a triple-double in last night's game, so the injuries don't appear to be too serious. Still, they could linger so keep an eye on the situation.

Deron Williams had a game-high 27 points in Thursday's 113-99 win over the Spurs.

Our View:Williams just missed a triple-double in this one, collecting seven rebounds and nine assists to go with his gaudy point total. He hit 11-of-19 shots from the field and added a steal and a blocked shot in the game as well. The rising star has now scored at least 21 points in all but one game this season and looks to be a fantasy dynamo.

Our View:Deron also added six rebounds and eight assists, but his shot just wasn't falling this evening. Williams is good enough, however, that he can contribute to fantasy teams even when he struggles from the field.

Deron Williams was great as usual on Sunday as the Jazz defeated the Bobcats 110-103. Williams scored 17 points, added eight assists, and grabbed four rebounds.

Our View:Nothing new here, as Williams puts up numbers like this nearly every night. He is one of the top point guards in the game, and he is a sure-fire first-round fantasy pick. Grab him in the midle first-round if he is there.

Our View:He's been dealing with knee problems this preseason, but looked ready for the regular season on Thursday. He should still be drafted as an elite point guard.

Our View:The elite guard missed today's practice with a sore heel, and not due to tendinitis in his braced knee, which has been bothering him for a couple of weeks. As of now, he should be drafted with caution in fantasy leagues.

Our View:Williams hurt the ankle last preseason, so it is a little alarming that the effects have lingered so long, but he will apparently be fine for training camp, and there is no reason not to draft him based on the injury.

The doc said a month or two months would be great to stay off it. I have been doing other activities. I can bike, I can swim, I can do stuff like that. Still lift weights. Our View:Williams should be healthy in time for training camp, and should remain in the elite class among fantasy guards.

Our View:The oblique strain didn't seem to bother Williams at all. He was all over the place on Tuesday and has now racked up seven double-doubles in his last eight games. He loves playing the Lakers as he had 31 points in his previous game against them.

Our View:While a very good game, a little more was expected from Williams in his match up against the defensively inept Steve Nash. Regardless, Williams continues to be the second most valuable fantasy point guard since the turn of the New Year.

He sustained the injury in Sunday's loss to Orlando and Williams said, "It probably will get a lot more stiff on the plane home. It is muscle, so it should hopefully heal. Hopefully it does not swell up like the last one."

Our View:We will keep you posted on his status. He generated eight points, seven assists and six boards in his last meeting with the Wizards.

Our View:Williams typically outplays Paul in head to head matchups, but Paul separates himself from Williams because of his devastating ability to rack up steals. Williams continues to have an incredible month, and he won't likely let up anytime soon.

Our View:Miller had been part owner of the Jazz for the last 23 years, first purchasing half of the franchise in 1985. He had recently had both legs removed at the knee due to his struggle with diabetes.

Our View:Luckily for Williams and his owners, a team spokesman said that his knee is stable. While Williams is no worse than day-to-day for now, it's still a bit disheartening to ever see him sidelined given the time he's already missed due to various injuries this season, especially when he had just begun to really pick things up; he logged six-straight double-digit assist totals from Jan. 21-30 and scored a season-high 35 points in Utah's Jan. 31 matchup against Portland. Ronnie Price will start at point guard in Williams' absence.

Perhaps in response to Chris Paul's 38 points earlier in the night, Jazz point guard Deron Williams went off for a season-high 35 points against the Trail Blazers on Saturday. He chipped in five assists, but lost the game 122-108.

Our View:Williams has picked up his scoring quite a bit in January and he is finally resembling the excellent point guard that he has been for the past two seasons. Expect a strong second-half as the Jazz push the Nuggets and Trail Blazers for first place in the Northwest Division.

Our View:Williams did, however, manage 11 assists for a double-double. Believe it or not, Tuesday's 28-percent shooting performance was not a season-low, nor was it a low for the month of January. Williams' worst game of the season also came against Minnesota, on Dec. 9, when he shot 2-of-11 in a 99-96 win. On Jan. 2, he shot 4-of-18 (22%) in a 113-100 loss to the Lakers.
