Our View:Through three games, Deng has played very inconsistent. In games one and three, he played 38 and 36 minuts respectively. We expect he will be playing over 30 minutes per game as long as he can give consistent effort - which has been a problem in the past. |

Couple that with the six rebounds and steal per game he has averaged over his career, and he should be a very solid guard/forward combo option in 2009-10. |

Our View:This is obviously good news, but Deng offered a cautious statement as well, saying that he is "concerned about the rest of the season". Obviously, staying healthy is key to his success and that appears to be weighing on his mind. The big man averaged 14.1 PPG and six RPG last season. |
