Newsbreakers
November 15, 2009
Chris Kaman scored 25 points for the second straight night as the Clippers defeated the Thunder 101-93. Kaman added seven rebounds and a block in the win.

Our View:Kaman had pretty much the exact same line tonight as he did last night against the Raptors, which proves that he is one of the more consistent big men in the game. His numbers are excellent over the first 11 games, as he is scoring 22 points and grabbing just under 10 rebounds a game.

Chris Kaman scored 25 points in Friday's 104-89 loss to the Raptors, to go along with seven rebounds, one assist and two blocks.

Our View:Kaman was unable to lead the Clippers to a win, but fantasy owners should be very pleased with his performance tonight. He has topped 20 points for the eighth time over 10 games.
November 12, 2009
Chris Kaman led the Clippers with 20 points and 11 boards in tonight's 83-79 loss to the Thunder. He also had two assists and a block.

Our View:Kaman picked up his fourth double-double, and reached at least 20 points for the seventh time.

Chris Kaman had a monster game for the Clippers on Satruday night, scoring 27 points and ripping down 11 boards, but the Clips would still fall 93-84 to the Mavericks.

Our View:Kaman is healthy and playing with purpose again. His value could take a hit once rookie Blake Griffin debuts, but he will remain valuable if he can stay on the court.

Chris Kaman, who's missed the Clippers' last three games with a case of the flu, may be able to return against the Kings on Friday night, according to the Los Angeles Times.

Our View:The big man has been incredibly frustrating to own this season but is still well worth starting when he plays, so stay tuned regarding his status for Friday, as it looks like he'll more than likely be able to give it a go.
April 7, 2009
Chris Kaman is doubtful for tonight's game against Minnesota with a case of the flu, according to the Los Angeles Times.

Our View:The Clippers will lose depth at center without Kaman, and he will be missed in deeper fantasy leagues as he averages 12.1 points, 7.9 boards and 1.4 blocks per game.
April 4, 2009
Chris Kaman missed Friday's practice due to flu-like symptoms and he did not travel with the team to Denver on Saturday, according to the Los Angeles Times.

Our View:Kaman has been very average since returning from a strained arch in his foot. He was a double-double machine capable of more than two blocks per game a season ago, but he has not resembled anything of that nature since the Clippers acquired Zach Randolph in November.
March 11, 2009
Chris Kaman was just 3-of-11 from the floor for six points for the Clippers in their loss on Tuesday.

Our View:Kaman is still struggling with a foot injury but should yield some fantasy production later in the season.
March 6, 2009
Coach Mike Dunleavy indicated that Chris Kaman could return as soon as Tuesday when the Clippers take on the Cavaliers, according to 1070 The Fan. He has not played since November due to a strained arch in his foot.

Our View:If Kaman is still dangling on your waiver wire, now's the time to pick him up. The Clippers don't have much to play for, but if his foot is 100 percent, he should be plenty rested to make a nice fantasy impact.
February 9, 2009
The AP reports that Chris Kaman is on schedule to return after the all-star break. He has missed two and a half months with a strained arch in his left foot.

Our View:Kaman can be a strong fantasy contributor when he's healthy. It will be interesting to see how coach Mike Dunleavy rotates Kaman with Marcus Camby and Zach Randolph.
January 4, 2009
The L.A. Times reports that center Chris Kaman will be out at least another two weeks. He is scheduled to have another MRI on his foot in a week and a half.

Our View:Kaman has only played in 15 games this season. He was averaging 13.9 points, 9.4 rebounds, and 1.9 blocks before the injury. Marcus Camby has performed excellently in his place.
