Our View:He says he is doing it out of respect for the greatest number 23 of them all, Michael Jordan. "He can't get the logo, and if he can't, something has to be done. I feel like no NBA player should wear 23. I'm starting a petition, and I've got to get everyone in the NBA to sign it," he said. Among other things in the book, he apparently admits to using marijuana as a high school junior. Our View:LeBron was getting a little light in the wallet, so writing a book for millions to buy only made sense. It seems odd that at 24 years old he feels the need to write a biography, especially one that sounds as if it may be pretty revealing. James has a lot of pressure to win a championship this season, and it could make the difference on whether or not he remains with Cleveland next summer. |

Brown believed Crawford made up his mind to call a crucial foul on LeBron James with 0.1 seconds left in regulation and the score tied. Our View:This marks the first time that Brown has been fined more than $1,000 for a technical foul. |

Our View:James' performance was still amazing as he came close to a 50-point triple-double, a feat that hasn't been accomplished since Kareem Abdul-Jabar accomplished it in 1975.
