Our View:Okur looked good in his return to the lineup tonight, as his 21 points was a season high for the Jazz big man. He needs to get more active on the boards, but he should be healthy and productive going forward.

Our View:Okur said he feels great after a day of rest, so he should be good to go when the Jazz get back on the court. Don't expect this soreness to slow him down for long, and he should be back to full-speed soon.

Our View:Okur chose to honor the final year of his current contract with Utah, rather than opt out and test the market as a free agent. He averaged 17 points and 7.7 boards per game in 2008-09, and the club should be very pleased that they were able to re-sign him.

According to the Salt Lake Tribune, Jazz big man Mehmet Okur is leaning toward opting out of his contract with the team to become a free agent. Okur is owed $9 million next season, but it appears he may test the waters in free agency instead.

Our View:It has been expcted that Okur would opt out, but now it seems almost a certainty that it will happen within the next few days. Okur will probably get plenty of money on the market, and the fantasy impact it will have will depend on where he ends up.

Our View:Okur will be ready to play next season, but where he'll be is still in question. The Jazz expect him to opt out of his contract and become an unrestricted free agent, even though they'd like to resign the big man. He averaged 17 PPG and 7.7 rebounds last season and would be a nice addition wherever he ends up.

He is entering the final year of his contract and he said, "I am ready to make some sacrifices to stay here. I will not be changing teams if there is a difference of $3-5MM in the total worth of the new contract. I believe my managers and I have let our feelings be known to the Jazz management."

Our View:Okur will turn 30 later this month, and failed to stay healthy this season, as he missed 10 games in the regular season with injuries. He averaged 17 points and 7.7 boards per game.

Our View:Don't expect much from Okur tonight as he has not played in nearly two weeks and he is still not 100 percent. If he does play, look for his minutes to be limited and his role will be primarily as a three-point shooter.
